For the next two weeks I will stay out of all decision making a moderating decisions. I am stressed and have too much to do lately with sports and other stuff. I will be able to stay somewaht active but will not be involved in administration.

oeshbach as well as thanye and element are in charge, they do not need to have my approval to make decisions until I am done with my break and come back.

Do not PM me for anything involing promotions, bannings or anything else. DO it too much and I may suspend you.

Oeshbach, if you can, demote me to Elite Member until March 17, if you can't then just make sure everyon knows I am taking a break.

Well, I do not envy your position. I'm sure you have a lot of tough decisions to make. I have to say though, that you're doing a great job. Keep up the good work. Good luck, I certainly understand where your coming from. This time of year is very stressful for anyone. Few days off for anything, lots of work for people in school/work.

Also, as the root admin, and #1 member, I don't think there is any way you can be demoted from Admin. If anything, take out your avatar and sigs, and put "On Hiatus" instead.

Yeah, I know what you mean. This site becomes very adictive for me. Whenever I get on, I'm on for like 3 hours even if nothing is going on.

Who cares about post counts? Just do your job and post quality is all, your definately noticed more for quality anyway.
