Title: Imagine a healthy Vernon for the entire season

A Healthy Vernon the entire season would probably of put us into the playoffs. Just look at the effect he's done for us ever since he came back from injury. It's amazing. He's showing us why we are paying him the big bucks. I'm excited for next year with a hopefully strong and healthy Vernon Wells. The rest of the East should be scared. seriously. I think if Vernon was healthy all season we could of pretty much guaranteed ourselves the playoffs. He is leading the team right now.

yes, and if we get Aaron Hill of 2007 back, and Marcum /
McGowan healthy. lets not forget Accardo and Janssen.

our only real weekness next season is Catcher, and mabey Shortstop.

JP said his number 1 priority will be a starting catcher as only one of Zaun and Barajas will be back next year. I smell a Pudge.

We are pretty shit at 1B and 3B. The only positions I think we are good at are all the outfield spots, 2B, and pitching(pen and roto). Snider will be in the all league and might take over DH if he has a strong fall and spring. I understand Cooper will be ready for 2010 so I don't think JP is in total rush to go out and get a 1B. 3B, ugh Rolen for I think 2 more years. Just makes me pissed thinking about it. We could always hit up Dallas McPherson with an ST invite

Why do people think he will just accept an invite? He could get a major league deal from someone, with the numbers he's put up.

Scott Rolen and Lyle Overbay are just fine at 3B and 1B.

I just want this team to be healthy all of next year. Maybe some minor injuries because u always have those, but for the most part just stay healthy.
