Tim Wakefield will go on the disabled list before Sunday's game because of stiffness in his right shoulder.
Bartolo Colon struggled in his first rehab start, so the Red Sox may go to fellow knuckleballer Charlie Zink to start in Wakefield's place on Tuesday. It'd be a big loss for Boston if Wakefield's shoulder is giving him as much trouble as it did at the end of last year. |
28 year old Red Sox minor league nuckleball pitcher Charlie Zink will take the spot of Wakefield.

Bowden's not doing that great in triple-A though...

Are you kidding? He's doing fine.
Zink is starting and I'm happy.

0-2 with a 4+ ERA is good? Shit man we got Nolan Ryan here with Wilken De La Rosa.

Yup this is true but THU's gonna come here and talk about the ceiling of all his prospects and say they are better like Brackman who has never thrown a single pro pitch

You of all people are judging a player by his win-loss record? Not to mention he earned those two losses back in July. He's under 4 now at 3.50 ERA and his last 2 starts he's settled down.
