Hot off the presses... The Colorado Rockies have claimed pitcher Livan Hernandez off waivers from the Twins. Nobody is confirming this yet, bit I just heard it on FSN north a second ago

Yes it can, a pitcher with an ERA of 5.48 in a pitchers park going into a hitters park. It's more likely his ERA will go over 6 then to go under 5.

Yeah, but who cares? He wins more games than 2.5 ERA pitchers with bad run support. I hope the Rockies serve an all you can eat innings buffet in their clubhouse.
