Surfing the Mets has learned that Binghamton closer Eddie Kunz has been promoted the Mets, joining a sudden youth movement with Nick Evans, Argenis Reyes and Daniel Murphy. Kunz, the Mets’ top pick (42nd overall) in the 2007 draft out of Oregon State, is 1-4 with a 2.79 ERA and 27 saves at Double-A Binghamton. |
