Alright, we're working on making DHB a better place... So we're going to be a little more serious. You will be warned if you make "joke posts" or mainly if you insult members, especially in baseball forums. Enough warnings will result in suspensions, and then bans. Pretty much post more mature, if you think someone made a stupid post, either ignore it or post reasons why you don't agree with their post, don't attack the member. You can still have fun, just treat everyone with respect.

Sounds good. Just wondering, have you guys ever sent out a Bulk Email to the members? There's an option for it in the Admin CP. Just update everyone on the new features here and the new attitude and such.

We've sent several mass emails in the past when we tried to redo DHB a bit and no one really came back until I personally emailed members.

Wouldn't hurt to try again though once / if the new look (skin) is in place.

I sure hope you're actually serious about cracking down on insults, racial jokes and off topic posts/topics because if you're going to give immunity to some members like you have done in the past we all know what direction this board will go.

Isn't there a way that you could delete all of the members that haven't posted in a certain time frame?

West Coast Remix had done the whole delete all of the inactive members from the board thing. I think they did that manually though. I don't think there's an option in the ACP to do that easily.

I don't know what we'd gain from doing that though...

There is an option in the ACP, but again that would be dumb to do.

It's called member pruning, and it's pointless so don't even go there.

It's good to this place in better activity again. Mostly because of me.

Member pruning is completely unnecessary.
