If Dan Uggla hits 80 home runs before the all-star break next year I still don't want this fucker in there.

Look I realize Uggla fucked up and probably had the worst All-Star preformace ever but the fact is he didn't cost the NL the game. He wasn't the only one not hitting in the extras and his errors never led to the game-winning run. Lidge and Wagner blew the damn game!

Regardless of whether or not he ever records a hit in the major leagues again...

Dan Uggla > you.

Uggla did his best to lose the game, but it wasn't all his fault in the end.

Volquez didn't have a memorable performance either, despite being a rookie...

This idiotic statement from a Cubs fan doesn't surprise me.

Yea but I kinda let that go since we took the lead again which Wagner ended up blowing causing the whole 15 inning shit.

Ya but did anyone else get that run in? He wasn't the only hitter on the NL.

Not as bad as the Cubs giving up 8 runs in the 8th to Uggla's team in the 2003 NLCS, which they choked a 3-1 lead.

KeepTheFaith - July 19, 2008 01:09 AM (GMT)
he wasn't even on the team
