Victor Martinez and Josh Barfield are headed to the 15-day DL.

Victor's got a right elbow inflammation.

And Josh's sprained middle finger on his left hand apparently was more serious than everyone expected...

But lol.

The Indians now are calling up two new guys who have never been to the big league level before. Yamid Haad and Jorge Velandia are coming up.

Actually Velandia has played in the big league level for awhile, but his career average is .182 in 166 career games.

Haad was batting .159 in Triple-A Buffalo before being called up........so now we call upon him to be our backup catcher for the time being.
