Alexander to Patriots or Colts?
ESPN's John Clayton reports free agent Shaun Alexander has told his former teammates that he could end up in Indianapolis or New England.

Either perennial Super Bowl contender would probably be a dream scenario for Alexander at this stage of his career, but neither team would likely offer him more than the minimum. Detroit could offer him a two-year deal.
