What are some of your crap moves you've done where you sit a guy and he does well, and when you play him he goes 0-4 with 3Ks?

I benched Eveland because I thought Indians would rape him, especially Gutierrez. Gutierrez goes 0-3 and threatening to go 0-4, and Eveland throws a gem...against the Indians.

I allways stick with the same people. You got to look at it as a whole season of work soem one might hit 30 HR adn drive in a 100 but if you play with your lineups to much you might only get 20 HR and 70 RBI...

I keep the same lineup except on days off for certain guys, and I make sure I never have a starting pitcher benched on his start.

I forgot to change my lin-up for a Week and Salty was in there.

Also I sat Hall the say he went deep.

If your good at doing the lineup switch, and knowing when to play who, you could get 40HR and 120RBI out of position, where you might've only gotten 30HR and 100RBI.

Benched Conor Jackson today.. and the guy I benched him for didn't even play.

I dropped Laird and then he went 4/5 2 hr's and 6 rbis

I usually check up on batter vs pitcher stats to see who does well against who when setting up lineups. But switching lineups can defintly help you get some better stats than just sticking with one person.

That includes wayyyyyy to much work

I forgot to set my lineup for opening day and I had Zimmerman.

I dropped Raul Ibanez in Dynasty2, and then he put up like 3 strong games in a row, and was picked up by someone else.

sat marcum...not on purpose obviously because he's amazing. he went 7IP 1er and struck out 8. I didn't even know he was a k pitcher.

Benched Encarnacion because he had like 2 hits all year, and he goes 2-3 with 2 runs scored, a homer and 2RBI. And I'm 2/19 in that league....

I forgot to check one of my leagues today and I accidently benched Aaron Harang

I wasn't going to start Oswalt today, but I figured he'd go 6 giving up 3and I prayed for the win. I was really close to putting him on the bench, but I didn't and he sure did reward me. :angry:


Edit: FUCK YOU ASTROS MANAGER. The guy gave up like 7 runs and 4 homeruns and you leave him out there? I hope you die.

I bench Casey Blake (4-4, GS, 6 RBI)
and start Vlad Guerrero (0-5, 2 K)
