Trade Julio Lugo, Coco Crisp and cash to the Cubs for Jason Marquis and Bobby Howry .

Offer Schilling 1 year $10 mil with an incentive saying he can get 2 mil in incentives if he starts 12 games or gets 8 wins. Whichever comes first. If not, bye.
