I guessed Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth and looked it up.

Neither Gehrig nor Ruth...the answers are old players AND little-known players.

Just out of curiosity, which search engine are you guys using to look it up on? I am getting some totally irrelevant answers.

You're right! BR PI uses Retrosheet box scores, and those box scores are incomplete for the first half of the 20th Century.

anyone find it yet or should I post the answer

Rockshu - November 10, 2007 03:17 AM (GMT)
No one cares about the 20's. It was called the Depression for a reason, the whole decade was LAME.

webgem924 - November 10, 2007 06:15 PM (GMT)
Here is a link to where I found it:
http://wcbstv.com/sports/yankees.alex.rodr...z.2.243422.html

The answers are Cy Williams (walk off slams in 1924 and 1926) and Vern Stephens (walk off slams in 1946, 1949, 1950)
