TheHugeUnit - September 9, 2007 08:58 PM (GMT)
Basically yout frindge signings, none of them made the top 30, or from what I can remember the top 50 from the best players this year. Heres some info on them.
Kenllie Santana he is 18 and throws in the low 90s, Milciades Santana is 18 as well and is a RHP and can throw in the mid 90s and then a SS Gonzalo Gonzalez who is 18.

We typically do this at this time of year. Last year we signed some guy name Balbino Fuemayor. I hear he's pretty good.
TheHugeUnit - September 10, 2007 01:56 AM (GMT)
Balbino Fuemayor was on the top 20 if i remember right, it took something like 800K to sign him, which is a lot considering the best ones go for about 1.1 to 1.5.
jaysdude09 - September 10, 2007 01:57 AM (GMT)
Bino's struggling in R ball this year.
hankaaron44 - September 10, 2007 02:05 AM (GMT)
It's not my money so if that's what it costs to put a top 20 player on the field to help the team win so be it.
Jaysdude, buddy, he's only 18 man. Besides, he's been facing Venuzuelan pitching his whole life until this year.
KeepTheFaith - September 10, 2007 02:08 AM (GMT)
Lol, Rock called him Miguel Cabrera Lite.

Where does he get this stuff from? Crawford for McGowan, Balbino Fuemayor is now Miguel Cabrera. He is polished for a 18 year old, he is good witht he glove at 3rd, with questions surronding his power. Doesn't sound like Cabrera to me.
hankaaron44 - September 10, 2007 02:13 AM (GMT)
Miguel Cabrera Lite-availble at your local beer store for one hundreth of the price of A-Rod.

Well Hank told me he is a lot like Miguel Cabrera with less power...

Fine, where does Hank get this stuff from?
What makes miggy so good is his power threat(as well as his ability to hit for average). Its not liek Caberea defense is all that good. Plus a 3B with little power is a joke.
Rockshu - September 10, 2007 10:04 PM (GMT)
Balbino played SS all year in the Gulf Coast League.

I was just joking, I really don't know that much about your farm. I never really bothered. I just have a few scouting reports on some of your "top" prospects. Don't you guys like Mac anyways?
