Aki Otsuka is still feeling soreness in his right forearm and so he's now going to see Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Ala.. This will be the third opinion Otsuka has received on his arm. Both team orthopedist Dr. Keith Meister and Dr. Lewis Yocum have already said there is nothing structurally wrong with Otsuka's elbow, only tendonitis in the forearm.

At this point, I think if Otsuka does pitch again this season, it will be purely a token appearance. But I really doubt even that will happen.

And, I think that if he goes for a fourth opinion, the next doctor in line is the Surgeon General.
