DENVER -- Rockies right-handed starting pitcher Josh Fogg underwent arthroscopic surgery to shave down a bone spur and remove loose bodies from his right elbow on Monday afternoon. A full recovery is expected.
Rockies medical director Thomas J. Noonan performed the procedure at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic in Denver.

Fogg, who is eligible for arbitration this offseason, started 31 games, pitched 172 innings and went 11-9 with a 5.49 ERA and one shutout. His wins were second most on the pitching staff.

Fogg, who turns 30 next month, is 50-51 with a 4.89 ERA in 167 career games (150 starts) with the White Sox, Pirates and Rockies.
