I agree. I don't even know why Phoenix is doing this. They don't appear to be going anywhere this year. You'd think that Perreault would want to go to a team that at least looks like a playoff team this year.

Past three seasons: 24, 16, 22 (last season) goals, and 57 points last year. I feel he's a good addition to center a second line, or a checking line. You'll likely put him on one of the power play units to win faceoffs, and he will put up about 20 goals a season for you. A solid signing, but I would have thought Perrault would choose a different team, one that hasn't struggled so far this year.
