Yeah, with Clarke, the president was probably saying 'resign or you're fired', and Bobby took the more honorable way out.

Found this out when I woke up at seven. I think that they might soon hire Pat Quinn but don't be surprised if the New York Islanders hire them both. :P

meh, clarke is terrible. I could GM better that him. He signs to many vetrans. Eche backfired on him. and as soon as he traded Radivojevic, he starts playing well. He has a lot to learn when it comes to team chemestry

Okay nobody saw Radivojevic playing with Gaborkik and Demitra coming and it's not Branko is putting up a point a game lol. Sure Clarke has maken some mistakes over the years but he's also made some good moves as well and the Flyers haven't missed the playoffs since the early 90s.
Worst move he ever made though was trading Maxime Oullett and 3 draft picks for rent-a-player Adam Oates.

Pat Quinn will never be GM in Philly. The day that happens I'm done with hockey.
