How big is this Texas/Oakland rivalry really? I know what I think about the A's, now I just want some of the A's fans opinions on the Rangers.

The A's don't really care about the Rangers or Mariners... Angels are their main enemy.

That is what I thought. Hopefully soon enough the Rangers and A's will turn into a great rivalry, because I HATE the A's! Mainly Barry Zito because he dominates the Rangers. Well, he used to dominate them. They have roughed him up a little as of late. The two teams I hate the most are the Yankees and A's.

The Mariners have like NO rivalry. The Padres are as close as they get, but not really... I'd like to see the Yankees but they're rivals with EVERYONE. To me and prolly most other M's fans, I'd say they're our biggest rivals because:
1. We beat them in '95 (!!!)
2. They beat us in '01 (:(:(:()
3. A-Rod.
But they don't think of us as rivals at all, so...

Actually, I think the M's biggest rivals are the a's. It kinda sucks that the as dont realize it though. (hope that made sense)
