no
i've seen a couple movies though, and we're studying shakespeare now.

Shakespeare really sucks... I never knew what was going on.
hankaaron44 - October 8, 2006 04:40 PM (GMT)
Some people actually think he never existed or he plagerised every work because Romeo and Juliet was written by another person 50 years before Shakespeare put it into play.

I watched "a midsummer's night's dream" in grade 9, the most boring movie ever. <_<

I never really liked reading Shakespeare until I got older....his sonnets are the best!!
KillerB's - October 10, 2006 01:44 AM (GMT)
I didn't watch that one but I did see Romeo and Juliet, the old one, and then the new one with DiCaprio where guns were "swords."

Shakespeare in Love is ok, if you like Gwyneth Paltrow....she's kinda dull, IMO.

Shakespeare goes out and screws this girl named Violet and then he leads her to a river and tells her that he got married in Stratsford.
Carlfan - October 11, 2006 01:17 AM (GMT)

shakespeare was bisexual.
Homoerotic allusions in a number of his works have led commentators to contemplate Shakespeare's possible bisexuality. While 26 of the Sonnets are love poems addressed to a married woman (the "Dark Lady"), 126 are addressed to a young man (known as the "Fair Lord")
we're studying shakespear in english right now. not the most exciting subject.

Well women weren't allowed to act on stage back then, so they got young boys to play the roles of women.

How bout the Romeo and Juliet one that was like back in the 60s or so and you actually see the chick's ass? They actually showed in class.
EDIT: nevermind. Romeo's ass, her tits

We might see the modernised Romeo and Juliet one made in 1996. Claire Danes plays and Juliet and she is HOT!
