big series starts tonight with the twins and the tigers this series will make or break the twins chances for the division and will help or hurt the white soxs chances as well. the tigers have a 5 game lead and its a 4 game series.

I think (and hope) the Twins take this series....Detroit is sliding.....I don't have anything against Detroit, but it's unrealistic to expect a team to play at the level they've been playing at all season....Detroit will be lucky to come in 2nd in the Central, and if they do get the Wild Card, I see them getting bounced in the first round.....midnight will strike early for Cinderella.

I hope Detroit takes the series, because the Yanks match up better with them than the Twins in a 5 game series. Liriano and Santana would be very tough to beat, so I would much rather see the Tigers win this series.

I hear what you're saying Win, but I actually like Minnesota....for the last 2 years when I've played fantasy ball, I've stocked up on Twins players - Cuddyer, Nathan, Hunter, Stewart, Jacque Jones (last year)....good guys. I like their style!!

ya the twins are a small ball team...

and there pitching is going to be tough in the post season but the tigers also have a great pitching and would be a tough matchup in the playoffs
